I personally really want a wall scroll AND a mug. Anyone with me on that?

The Kickstarter is moving along great! We're so close to funding and we've already unlocked an extra update for Nov 3rd! Another 70 backers and we'll unlock another extra update! Keep spreading the word about it!

Having a strong start is key to building momentum and getting the notice of Kickstarter (who will then advertise the project for free--which would be amazing!). Even if you can't pledge, sharing the campaign to friends, family, and your social network would be a huge boost, especially if they kept sharing to THEIR social network. Kickstarter makes it very easy to share; the sharing buttons are directly under the video. The more people that get to hear of NAV, the better chance the Kickstarter will succeed. And for you to get cool stuff such as:

For every 100 backers, I'll post an extra update on the main site after the Kickstarter has funded!

Plus, we'll reach the cool stretch goals like the heated mugs, wall scrolls, and more T-shirt designs!

Oh, and don't forget you all have access to special rewards. See this post here!

Thanks everyone!

Let's have another hangout! My Kickstarter is about to launch (you'll get another email when it launches) and I'll be in Alaska for another job, so it's going to be a bit crazy, but it will be crazy awesome!

Let's have a Hangout on Saturday, October 15 at 7pm MDT! If you want, I can show you the process of how to get a book ready for print (I'll be working on that all this month) or you can help me decide on a new wallpaper.

Comment if you can attend!

You got me.

EDIT: The Kickstarter is alive!!

For every other 50 (Ie: 50, then 150, then 250, and so on) backers, I'll convert one of the offered posters into a wallpaper for Kickstarter backers. If we reach 550 backers, I'll release those wallpapers to everyone!

Which reminds me, do I have any fans that have the technical guru to make a Live Wallpaper for a phone? Contact me if so!

Plus, let's see if we can reach the cool stretch goals like the heated mugs, wall scrolls, and more T-shirt designs!

Oh, and don't forget Patreon and AneekaChannel members get access to special rewards. See this post here!

And don't forget to vote to see what the tree thinks!

Thanks everyone!!!

It's a belated Saturday Sketch, but it's here now!

This is a sketch from a future page. I really like how his expression turned out. Unfortunately, I kind of lost it when I inked it. So I'll just keep admiring my sketch instead! 😉

And the Kickstarter for Book 4 will launch on Oct 4th. Here's a preview link. I'll put up another post when it actually goes live.

Thanks everyone!

Yes, Jane has kids.

Thanks everyone for answering all those polls I put up. It's been very insightful and your ideas have been great.

Topwebcomics is my main referral for new readers and those referrals double when I'm at #1. It would be awesome if we could pull off getting NAV at #1 for all of October. I'll post up new incentives each update, but October starts tomorrow, on a Saturday, when most people aren't thinking of NAV. Yet, voting heavily at the beginning of the month creates a better chance to stay at #1.

If you happen to come by tomorrow, I'll have a new incentive up. It's an earlier version of this page and I'll explain why I made the changes I did. And I'll put up another incentive on Monday (all old incentives can be found in the AneekaChannel).

EDIT: Monday's incentive is up! See what the poor tree thinks!

Thanks everyone! Kickstarter for Book 4 launches on Oct 4th; see you then!

This might have affected this scene.

I would love to grow the readership of NAV and the upcoming Kickstarter is often a good time to try spreading the word about my webcomic. I usually rely on ads (cause I'm good at those) but I've been trying to come up with new ideas. I know everyone touts social media but I'm just awful at it.

However, I would love to encourage YOU to use your social media for NAV and was thinking of some ways to incentivize that. I would love your input on what digital rewards you'd love to see offered! Just fill out this poll. Thanks!

I think I've mentioned it before, but I really enjoy drawing Danni. So we might see her a lot... haha!

There's a scene I want to do where Danni will try to teach Kat a few dancing tricks. It's super cute in my head but it will take foreeeever until we actually reach that point in the story (and assuming it will fit in the story's pacing and not feel like a random side story). So, I took the liberty to draw a quick scene of it just for fun.
