Hehehe looks like cultivating Jane is harder than cultivating Snowman’s group. Never underestimate a desperate mother, though I’m not sure about her motives yet because all of her actions happened without cameras. Maybe she did it because people will only know that this famous group is out and that Jane did it somehow, so maybe that’ll make people curious about her, leading to more attention and thus resources for her family in the long run.

Also: Cats have 9 lives.

One interesting possibility is that Sandra is the one who has Jane’s kids, not Tenka. Which would go a long way towards explaining Jane’s behavior. That would also work as the motivation behind her actions. And also set up some tension in the future.

I wonder what Jane’s expression in panel 3 means. She looks frustrated, but having Kat return should be good news to her because she’s likely still hoping that Kat’ll help her and her kids. Maybe she’s just frustrated that the conversation got interrupted, which I totally get because even the peace-fanatic Kat got physical with the Dude one time for that reason (because she wanted to know where the Deselione came from). 🙂

It’s quite difficult to choose for whom to root for right now because everyone has their own agendas and they make so many questionable choices.

Huzzah! I got distracted by life and forgot to check on this webcomic for… a while… but i was moving books and came acrossed my paperbacks and remembered again! And there are updates! I may need to go reread everything to remember what all has happened, but i’m looking forward to seeing where this is going again. Thank you for the updates 🙂
