Some plans tend to look good on paper, the rest of it you work out of as you go along. (Actually wanted to say that in the page before but forgot.)

“If you want to see me; you have to go through HER first!”–That was on my mind, and it had to be said, I think works for this situation.

Funny thing is, that’s almost exactly what I wanted to yell at the crowd when I read the last page. Epic win for Kleya.

Just what I would have done in her position. Usually I’m shy, but seeing that much stupidity fuelling unwarranted aggression towards a friend is enough to temporarily offset that.

Since she likes fire and dancing/sping why not:
“Dance of Little Soul Fire that Could” (Dance of Firestorm)
So basically her dancing and spinning causes a gaint firestorm or fire tonado that does damage, boost one of her stats based on how well she dances).

Basically the vortices are made approximately realisitic the are map out using a phase graph of angular velocity of her legs vs there angular position.

Its turns out that equations of motion (physics) behind a tornado on fire has a similar mathematics to the equations of motion behind the swinging of one of her legs. (They are field of parabaloids or 2D vortices) However, instead of the constant g/L we replacit it with a percentage score factor of how well she is doing in dancing.

You know, when someone tries to do that in real life (internet real life, lol), it just makes things worse.

That’s what a mute or temp ban is for.
Being an op/mod where there’s “one warning” in place can be fun.

Or it can be abused and lead to complaints and more yelling and whining. Bergh… Looking at internet forums makes me sick to my stomach.

You go girl! I’m glad Kleya had the guts to tell them all to shut it! The blobs were getting quite annoying…

Also, the song lines make a nice contrast to the tension 🙂

Hey Aneeka, i guess i never asked you, but what program do you use to do “Not a villain”? Photoshop? :O

Ha ha. Nope, no photoshop. Too poor for that. I use a variety of the open-source programs, like GIMP for coloring and Inkscape for lettering.

And yep, Friday is my 100th page! (?!) It’s weird, I tell ya.

oh i feel bad for mina, that was just messed up. its not like she was just trying to…well she was lol but still it was rude to make her feel like that, and have the whole world watching.

Mmm Mina’s expression in panel 2 is heartbreaking. Just out of curiosity how does singing work in R.E.A.L. life? I could swear the song is almost happening automatically. Without much effort on Mina’s part.

Singing is usually pre-recorded, so yes, Mina is lip-syncing. It’s possible to do live singing, but it requires costly and rare equipment that Mina can’t get.

THEN LIKE THE GODS SHE DID DOTH LAY A CONSIDERABLE BURN ON CROWD OF DOUCHES. AND THERE WAS MUCH REJOICING.

If it ever comes up I would be interested in more details on that since I’m a bit musical myself and microphones and voice chat are so inexpensive in our reality right now. 🙂 What do the pre-recorded tracks sound like? I have a lot of questions about it actually if you have time. 🙂

More of Mina’s backstory and such will come out later in the story, but for now, let’s just say before the Ending, microphones and the like were very inexpensive and common. But when a lot of people die and survival is more the focus, production of musical equipment kind of becomes non-existent. And then it gets really expensive to get it when it does exist. 🙂

Plus, just having a microphone doesn’t guarantee you can easily produce awesome, clear-quality music.
