That’s a great cliffhanger – 10 to 1 it’s a button that shouldn’t be pushed.

Gosh. This reminds me of the beautiful apocalypse point-and-clicks I used to play.

I like the style on this page, and the build up to what is to come. The setting feels worrying with and undertone of curiosity. I’m not sure where they are yet, but the elements we can see, mixed with our foreknowledge… Story-wise, I look foreward to what is to come, but emotionally, I worry about Brandon’s friend.

Great to see you back to updating so soon 🙂 I hope and think it is both a sign of and a help towards feeling reasonably good about life overall.

As for the page, at first I was a little confused. The person talking to Brandon seems to be the one that got them into the room, yet is asking about the light as if it is Brandon that knows the place. Then why wasn’t Brandon the one to get them in? Now I’m more curious than confused, hoping to get the answer over the next few pages. Great to have NaV back! 🙂

A couple things. First, glad to see you back and I hope everything is good on your end now.

Second, if you do take out the Hiatus pages you should still keep them somewhere on the website and link to them on the revised version of this page so that people can understand why you were gone a little while, it can help so people know you don’t disapear randomly, you have a reason for taking Hiatuses.

Third, I can’t find the schedule, do you have one for uploads?

Schedule is right there in the title image, updates Tuesdays.

Honestly – that sketchy white image of Brandon having a meltdown is an EXCELLENT transition to a flashback story arc. Rather than entirely dump both “hiatus” pages… I’d suggest keeping both pages in sequence. And merely changing the “Not a Villian Returns” text/image with a page making it clear we are now in Brandon’s head.

That first hiatus page of the Dude crouching in darkness as he starts to remember his past is the story right there. It is a great transition page.

However, this isn’t a democracy; but a world ruled by you. So, do what you think is right.

Yay, the comic is back!

I hope you’re doing okay, with everything else going on. Grief is tricky to deal with, and it really takes a long time to adjust.

Congratz on getting yourself moving again.

Move forward, carrying them with you always. Not to “make them proud”, though many people find motivation there (sometimes in good, healthy ways, and sometimes not), but because having a full life would make them *happy* for you. A final gift, from you to them and them to you.
