I’m still waiting to see how Dude made it into the game. It couldn’t have been that all his opponents accidentally eliminated themselves during the trials.

Geez Kat! It’s a victory for you, take it! Sure you aren’t “the hero”, but your goal was achieved.

Jane is kinda starting to look really stupid now. Wasn’t there something in the rules saying “as a Morto, if you want to kill someone and you fail, you lose alignment points, so you have to be careful when to commit to an attack”? So far, Bandit has interfered with her three times in one minute. If they keep this up, she will be at 0% in less than an hour.

Also I don’t get why Jane didn’t open up to Kat as to why she doesn’t want that portal. Isn’t her goal to gain Kat’s trust? If you want someone’s trust, you have to trust them as well. “They’re killing my children” is a start, but not enough.

Echoing a comment from a couple pages back, Dude isn’t really the best at this, and yet he’s with TENKA. What *is* he good at? At the very least, what was his special in Deathmatch that assisted him/got him as far as he did?

Dude isn’t playing to his full skill because that would drive his popularity down. He’s got a role to play, and that role is “comic relief.” It’s hard to be the comic relief when you’re getting all awesome in everybody’s face.

Don’t forget Dude is highly intelligent. He merely plays the fool when others are watching, it’s actually a fairly clever plan. It’s a form of manipulation, someone in power might choose the “fool” as a successor planning on controlling them, but the “fool” is not actually stupid and thus they are not controlled and obtain power.
