What if they’re siblings?

Maybe not actual siblings, but being around each other for so long that they share a sibling relationship is a definite possibility. It could be a good reason why he was denying that he likes her while still protecting her, too…

I think its great how much he secretly cherishes those memories, even though TENka is secretly trying to exploit her.
